Frank Eastham

Chief Operations Officer

Frank was an educator in the Howard County Public School System for 33 years. He began as a Special Education teacher, later became principal, and concluded his career with HCPSS as the Chief School Leadership Officer.

Frank is a certified Gallup Strengths coach, diversity coach, and leadership development instructor who focuses on the power of relationships to empower individuals and organizations to maximize their performance capacity. He seeks to passionately equip others to maximize their impact and influence in their personal and professional lives.

Frank’s university experience includes serving as an adjunct faculty member for Johns Hopkins University and McDaniel College since 2004. In addition to designing relevant course content, he instructs and supervises students in an international educational leadership certification program.

He has dedicated much of my life exploring the power of relationships and helping others to build leadership and cross-cultural relationship skills within my community and abroad.

Frank celebrates 34 years of marriage to his wife Karen, and his three adult children, Sara, Will, and Alli.
