Complete Benevolence Form

The application is for Bridgeway Community Church Partners and attenders to request financial assistance.

Note: A benevolence request will only be considered if more than 12 months have elapsed since a previous request was processed. Even if more than 12 months have elapsed, there is no guarantee the new request will be approved.

All applicants are REQUIRED:

  • To submit a recent copy of the statement or bill in your name (not older than 30 days).
    • Send to the Benevolence Team via email at benevolence@bridgeway.cc. Do NOT send or drop-off at either campus office.
    • No screenshots accepted.
    • NOTE: If a copy of the bill is not received the request will NOT be processed and considered VOID after two weeks (14 days) time.
  • To have a session with someone from our financial team.

IF APPROVED, it can take up to 3 weeks for payment to be processed.
